Ken Collins, Partner
Ken is the founder of CIS and has over thirty-five years’ experience as a licensed inspector. Ken also has over 14 years commercial banking experience and over 10 years as owner and manager of his own construction companies. He is currently licensed as a HUD/FHA/203K inspector.
Kendol Collins, Partner
Kendol has a BBA in Construction Management and Land Development from Mississippi State University. After graduation, Kendol worked in the commercial construction industry in project management and estimating. Kendol joined our group in 2005 as a licensed inspector. He is also a licensed contractor and a certified inspector under the International Building Code Council.
Matt Collins, Partner
Matt has a BBA in Finance from Mississippi State University. After graduation, Matt worked as a Bank Examiner with the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance. He joined our group in 2016 as a licensed inspector. He is also a licensed contractor and a certified inspector under the International Building Code Council. Matt’s experience as a Bank Examiner has allowed us to tailor our services to better serve the banking industry.
Callie Collins, Office Manager
Callie has a BBA in Risk Management, Insurance and Financial Planning from Mississippi State University. After graduation, Callie worked in group benefits insurance and made her way into the medical field. She was a clinic manager for St Dominic’s Medical Associates for 8 years before joining our group, as office manager, in June 2021.
Sandy Isbell, Senior Estimator and Inspector
Sandy studied Industrial Technology at the University of Southern Mississippi. He came to us with over 45 years of experience having worked with several major construction companies including: White Construction, W.G. Yates, Evan Johnson & Sons, Carothers, and Copeland and Johns. Sandy joined our group in 2018, as an inspector and estimator. His knowledge and experience in the commercial construction industry, especially that of Senior Estimator, have been invaluable to our success.
